We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you may return it within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.  

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at 0333 772 3634 to obtain a return authorization number (UCR#).

Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

Include the UCR#: Clearly write the UCR# on the return shipping label.

Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs: Please do special delivery cost £6.99 so we can deal with your product on early basis.

 

 

For defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team to arrange a return.

For returns due to other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Refunds:

 

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges:

 

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.

 

Please note:

 

Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
